Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray machines and walk-through metal detectors to screen passengers and carry-on baggage
- Conduct physical searches of individuals and property as required by security protocols
- Monitor security checkpoints and identify potential threats using advanced detection technology
- Enforce TSA regulations and provide clear instructions to travelers during screening processes
- Document security incidents and maintain accurate screening records
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during emergency situations

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA security clearance
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
