Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and carry-on baggage at airport security checkpoints using advanced X-ray and scanning equipment
- Conduct thorough pat-down searches and physical inspections when necessary
- Identify and report suspicious items, prohibited materials, and potential security threats
- Maintain strict compliance with TSA security protocols and federal regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or U.S. National
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass extensive background investigation and drug screening
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds
- Proficient in English communication (reading, writing, speaking)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn security technologies
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- No visible tattoos while in uniform (must be covered)
