Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray equipment and metal detection systems to screen passengers and baggage.
- Conduct pat-downs and physical searches to detect prohibited items.
- Verify identification and documentation for all travelers.
- Enforce security regulations and procedures consistently.
- Assist passengers and resolve security-related issues professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and medical exam.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
