Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough security screening of passengers, carry-on baggage, and property using X-ray technology and physical inspection.
- Operate advanced imaging equipment and walk-through metal detectors in accordance with TSA security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, assisting with inquiries and resolving concerns professionally and courteously.
- Enforce all security regulations and policies to maintain a safe and secure environment for all.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient flow of traffic and minimize passenger wait times.
- Remain alert and observant to identify potential threats or prohibited items.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
- Completion of a background check and favorable suitability determination.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a medical examination and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
