Responsibilities
- Lead incident response for federal cyber threats
- Develop & implement security protocols for classified systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments & penetration testing
- Collaborate with federal agencies on threat intelligence
- Manage security access controls & identity management
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices
- Prepare compliance reports for federal regulators
Qualifications
- Top Secret clearance (active or eligible)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/IT (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity or federal IT roles
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Experience with NIST frameworks & FedRAMP compliance
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- U.S. citizenship required
