Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data and systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal agency stakeholders
- Coordinate system upgrades and migrations while ensuring minimal operational disruption
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance with federal regulations (NIST, FISMA)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal IT infrastructure management
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and enterprise networking
- Strong knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements
- Certification in CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent (preferred)
