Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal, state, and local compliance regulations
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Develop/implement compliance policies and training programs

- Prepare detailed compliance reports for leadership review
- Stay current with evolving legislative changes affecting municipal operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years compliance or regulatory experience in government
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Revised Statutes and municipal codes
- Excellent written/verbal communication and documentation skills
- Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in compliance software and data analysis tools
