Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records, databases, and filing systems with precision
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for leadership
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and budget-related documentation

Qualifications
