Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Expertise in grant writing and federal compliance (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau)
- Strong public speaking and stakeholder communication skills
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent HR credentials
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
