Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations for federal facility requirements and supply chain management.
- Process and maintain accurate documentation for federal contracts and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and federal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct routine audits of inventory and records to ensure adherence to federal regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure a safe and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or federal contracting is a major plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required for federal roles.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
