Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of federal contract delivery, from initiation to closeout.
- Ensure strict adherence to FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and agency-specific compliance standards.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, program managers, and technical leads to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time project completion and within scope.
- Prepare and submit required compliance reports, performance metrics, and documentation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity for federal clients.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (must be willing to undergo a new investigation).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly desired and required for consideration.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in federal project management or contract administration.
- Strong understanding of government contracting processes, regulations, and acquisition cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with executive leadership.
