Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to support government initiatives and policy formulation.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior officials and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to streamline public service operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all administrative and financial documents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of community engagement programs.
- Respond to public inquiries and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a government, public sector, or analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to practical situations.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational efficiency.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
