Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and operational duties to support government functions and public safety initiatives.
- Interact directly with the public to provide information, process applications, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and data entry in compliance with state regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, compliance standards, and agency policies at all times.
- Assist in the coordination of daily operations and assist senior staff with special projects as needed.
- Respond to emergency or non-emergency calls or messages with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and valid New Mexico Driver's License required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and data entry.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screen, and medical examination.
- Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job, including standing for extended periods.
