Responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle of software development, testing, and deployment for government systems.
- Analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct system security assessments and vulnerability testing to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate configuration management records.
- Provide technical assistance and training to junior staff and government stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or government contracting.
- Familiarity with DoD networks, NIST frameworks, and FISMA compliance standards.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and database management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to work in a high-security, fast-paced environment with strict adherence to protocols.
