Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to support the development and evaluation of public infrastructure policies.
- Prepare high-level reports, briefings, and presentations for senior management and city council members.
- Coordinate with interdepartmental stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate government databases and documentation to ensure transparency.
- Facilitate community outreach initiatives to gather feedback and improve public service delivery.
- Analyze budgetary requirements and resource allocation for ongoing government projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government, public sector, or non-profit administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government data management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex policies clearly.
- Deep understanding of local government procurement processes and compliance standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a high-pressure, urgent hiring environment.
