Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
- Manage and maintain the Help Desk ticketing system to ensure rapid response times and high user satisfaction.
- Configure, deploy, and secure end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the administration of Active Directory, Office 365, and other critical government systems.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with state and federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting hardware peripherals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and obtain necessary government security clearances.
