Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets in a timely manner using ServiceNow.
- Configure and deploy workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the administration of Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
- Conduct user training and provide technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or Network+ is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state government security clearance.
