Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years government/public sector experience
- Proficiency in municipal budgeting and grant management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with local government regulations and compliance
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Certified Public Administrator (CPA) designation a plus
