Responsibilities
- Coordinate interdepartmental service delivery across 15+ city agencies
- Manage constituent inquiries and resolve service issues within 48-hour SLA
- Develop and implement community outreach programs for underserved neighborhoods
- Analyze service delivery metrics and recommend process improvements
- Liaise with elected officials to align initiatives with city priorities
- Prepare monthly performance reports for executive leadership
- Lead crisis response coordination during municipal emergencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years government/public sector experience required
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent)
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Advanced knowledge of municipal regulations and procurement protocols
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
