Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal IT infrastructure and secure systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security regulations (NIST, FISMA) and agency protocols.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and data management.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and system hardening.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices, network security, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
