Responsibilities
- Lead Federal Project Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle of federal IT projects, ensuring alignment with government standards and strict deadlines.
- System Architecture & Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize complex systems to improve operational efficiency and data security.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and federal stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all systems and processes adhere to federal regulations, FISMA requirements, and internal governance policies.
- Crisis Management: Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve critical system outages or technical escalations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Certifications: Active Top Secret Security Clearance is mandatory. PMP, CISSP, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Java, .NET, or Python. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Agile methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
