Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure.
- Configure, deploy, and manage Windows and Linux operating systems within the Active Directory environment.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with state regulations.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for complex network and hardware issues.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime during critical system failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support roles.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or CCNA.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust background clearance.
