Responsibilities
- Manage emergency calls and dispatch resources for police, fire, and medical services
- Operate radio systems and computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and compliance records
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support
- Train on new technologies and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years customer service or call center experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- EMT certification or dispatch training a plus
- Strong multitasking skills under pressure
