Responsibilities
- Analyze complex urban policy issues and recommend evidence-based solutions for Detroit's economic growth
- Collaborate with city officials and community stakeholders to develop actionable implementation strategies
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and legislative recommendations for state leadership review
- Monitor federal funding opportunities and manage grant application processes for Detroit projects
- Lead cross-departmental task forces focused on housing, transportation, and workforce development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's preferred)

- Deep knowledge of Michigan state government operations and procurement processes
