Responsibilities

- Develop and implement records retention policies aligned with state regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in municipal clerk or records management role
- Deep knowledge of Texas election laws and open records statutes
- Advanced proficiency in records management systems and document automation
- Proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation preferred
