Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal agency infrastructure and internal systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, ITIL standards, and DoD regulations.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot complex network systems, hardware, and software.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and internal teams to identify and resolve critical technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, incident reports, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments.
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration within a corporate or government setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with federal personnel and leadership.
