Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and execute federal projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations and timelines.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure strict adherence to government standards, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), and internal quality assurance protocols.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for federal clients, providing regular status updates and resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed technical and administrative documentation, including proposals, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Talent Support: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new federal contractors and personnel.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or have the legal right to work in the United States (mandatory for most federal roles).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Business Administration, Public Policy) or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal, state, or local government contracting.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Agile methodologies, and specific federal software tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
