Responsibilities
- Process and verify federal documentation and paperwork with high accuracy during weekend shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal employees, contractors, and the general public.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal regulations, security protocols, and agency policies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination of weekend operational activities and facility maintenance.
- Conduct routine quality control checks to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess a valid Permanent Resident status eligible for federal employment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently during off-hours and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
- Previous experience in government, administrative, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
