Responsibilities
- Monitor federal IT systems, networks, and databases during night operations.
- Respond to and resolve critical infrastructure incidents and outages.
- Perform security patching, updates, and vulnerability assessments.
- Document system logs, incident reports, and change management procedures.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Provide technical support to federal clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL frameworks and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
