Responsibilities
- Administer and secure federal IT systems and networks in compliance with NIST and FISMA standards.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, risk management, and incident response for government contracts.
- Manage user access control, permissions, and identity management protocols (PIV/CAC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement modern cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) for government clients.
- Document technical architecture, policies, and procedures for government auditors.
- Maintain strict adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific guidelines.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Proficiency in configuring and securing Windows Server and Linux systems.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls) and data protection regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
