Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of Federal, State, or Local government agencies.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
- Manage sensitive data and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security.
- Prepare and present clear reports to government officials and stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation of community programs and public policies.
- Facilitate communication between department heads and the general public.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for Federal positions; proof of residency for Local roles.
- Education: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or public service.
