Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including road repairs, park maintenance, and waste collection
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, dump trucks) under supervision
- Assist in emergency response during severe weather events
- Maintain public spaces including sidewalks, drainage systems, and greenbelts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Nevada Class C Driver's License (Class B preferred)
- Minimum 1 year construction/public works experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme temperatures
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
