Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment, including backhoes, rollers, and dump trucks.
- Perform road maintenance, repair, and resurfacing tasks including asphalt and concrete work.
- Assist in general construction duties such as digging, grading, and material handling.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations and company policies.
- Flag traffic and maintain a safe work zone for other crews.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools from delivery trucks.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Nevada Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting 50+ lbs.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is preferred.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
