Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and paving operations
- Operate heavy equipment (backhoes, loaders, dump trucks) under supervision
- Assist in road repair, storm drain maintenance, and facility upkeep

Qualifications

- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record

- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic equipment operation skills (training provided)
