Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze state database systems during off-hours to ensure data integrity and security.
- Process weekend applications, permits, and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Respond to citizen inquiries regarding public services and government procedures.
- Collaborate with federal and local agencies to coordinate cross-jurisdictional projects.
- Prepare detailed weekly reports summarizing weekend operational performance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government records and personal data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a government office or administrative role is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government case management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the weekend shift.
