Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail/packages along designated routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain assigned equipment
- Sort and organize mail efficiently according to postal regulations
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve delivery issues
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and USPS standards
- Assist with special delivery services during peak seasons
Qualifications
- US citizenship or legal permanent resident status
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer skills for digital reporting
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong customer service orientation
