Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential/business addresses along assigned route
- Sort and organize mail efficiently for timely delivery
- Operate postal vehicle safely while following traffic regulations
- Collect outgoing mail from customers and businesses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Perform light maintenance on delivery vehicle
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid state driver's license (2+ years clean record)
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
