Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential and business customers along an assigned route in a timely and accurate manner.
- Sort and bundle mail efficiently before commencing the delivery route.
- Handle packages and parcels with the utmost care, ensuring safe and secure delivery.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery inquiries.
- Perform physical duties, including lifting packages weighing up to 70 lbs and walking long distances daily.
- Adhere to all USPS safety regulations, operational procedures, and time policies.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Good vision (corrected if necessary) and physical stamina suitable for outdoor work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
