Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to customers along an assigned route in a timely and accurate manner.
- Sort and process incoming mail and packages efficiently before delivery.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to resolve inquiries and handle complaints.
- Maintain the physical stamina required to walk and lift packages regularly throughout the day.
- Operate and maintain delivery vehicles (vehicles provided).
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure accident-free operations.
- Update delivery records and log any service exceptions or missed deliveries.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have Permanent Resident status.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must pass a pre-employment physical examination.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read maps are preferred.
