Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail along an assigned route on foot or vehicle
- Sort and organize mail efficiently according to postal regulations
- Operate mail delivery vehicles safely and maintain proper records
- Interact professionally with customers and handle special delivery requests
- Report undeliverable mail and maintain delivery accuracy
- Operate automated mail processing equipment when required
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license (if operating vehicles)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
