Responsibilities
- Analyze operational workflows and identify process improvement opportunities for veteran healthcare services
- Develop comprehensive program evaluation metrics and performance reports
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement organizational changes
- Prepare detailed budget analyses and resource allocation recommendations
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Present findings to senior leadership through data-driven presentations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of program analysis or project management experience
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal procurement and grant management processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Experience with VA or federal healthcare systems preferred
