Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years of healthcare management experience in federal or regulated environment
- Proficiency in healthcare information systems (EHR, VISTA)
- Knowledge of VA healthcare policies and federal regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California state healthcare administrator license
- US citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
