Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure including servers, storage, and cloud services
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical applications
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize technology workflows and solve complex IT challenges
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and execute cybersecurity protocols
- Manage IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and vendor integrations
- Train staff on new technologies and maintain comprehensive documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare IT or federal IT environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, VMware, and HIPAA-compliant systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Demonstrated experience with ITIL framework and incident management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
