Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate healthcare programs for veteran populations
- Analyze data to improve service delivery and veteran satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives
- Develop grant proposals and manage federal funding allocations
- Ensure compliance with VA regulations and healthcare standards

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- VA Form 10-2850c (Application for Associated Health Occupations) required
- Proficiency in VA-specific systems (VISTA, CPRS)
- Secret security clearance (must obtain within 6 months)
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
