Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit claims processing with 98% accuracy
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary care teams for veteran patients
- Develop community outreach programs for underserved veterans
- Analyze healthcare data to improve service delivery metrics
- Train and mentor new VA staff on compliance protocols
- Collaborate with state and federal agencies on veteran initiatives
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of veteran services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years federal service or healthcare administration experience
- VA certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in VA systems (VISTA, CPRS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Top Secret security clearance eligibility
- Experience with veteran-focused community programs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced federal environment
