Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' disability compensation claims with precision and empathy
- Provide comprehensive benefits counseling to veterans and their families
- Maintain accurate case documentation in federal systems following VA protocols
- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Conduct eligibility determinations for VA healthcare and education benefits
- Represent the VA in community outreach programs
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and privacy laws
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in veterans services or case management
