Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in veteran services or federal programs
- Proficiency in VA benefits systems (e.g., VBMS, VBENEFITS)
- Knowledge of Title 38 U.S. Code regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- U.S. citizenship and background clearance required
