- Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans for complex veteran cases
- Analyze healthcare data to optimize service delivery outcomes
- Develop community outreach programs to increase veteran enrollment
- Collaborate with federal/state agencies on veteran housing initiatives
- Implement VA compliance protocols across 15+ service categories
- Lead training sessions for new VA personnel on regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 3+ years federal or VA healthcare administration experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in VA VISTA and CPRS systems
- Familiarity with 38 CFR veterans' benefits regulations
- Project management certification (PMP or VA-specific)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- U.S. citizenship required
