Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit applications and claims processing with 99% accuracy
- Provide direct support to veterans navigating VA healthcare and compensation systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans
- Conduct eligibility assessments and documentation verification
- Develop community outreach programs to increase veteran service utilization
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and privacy laws
- Train and mentor new team members on VA protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in veterans services or federal program administration
- Proficiency with VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel to veteran sites
- Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in Veterans Benefits Administration (preferred)
