Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure electronic health record systems for veterans' care
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize clinical technology workflows
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security protocols across all IT infrastructure

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare IT systems implementation
- VA EHR system proficiency (VistA, Cerner, or Epic)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Certification in healthcare information systems (CHIA, RHIA, or CPHIMS)
- Experience with federal IT compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST)
- Demonstrated project management skills for large-scale deployments
